Where do I go? Where do my character’s go?

Damn, I am stuck again. Should Christopher take the lead? No! I think Nicole is going to call the shots. Then how do they work together. If Christopher is the lead then he has to be more aggressive, but his character just isn’t that way.
Listen to your characters. What does Nicole tell you? Hmmm…. She says, “Get out of the way. I’ve got it.”
Well, if that’s what she says then listen to her. OK. But how do they work together. What does Christopher add? When do they find out about her sister? Do they ever find out? How do they find out?
